Dr Rudolph, who was born in 1972, studied in Passau, Tours and Bonn. During his one-year stay in France, he obtained a diploma in the field of European law and European policy. After passing his first state examination in law in 1999, he devoted himself to his doctorate and worked for an international law firm in Düsseldorf (now Beiten Burkhardt). Through his occupation with a subject relating to film law in the context of his doctorate, he specialised in the field of copyright and film law. In 2003, he passed the second state examination in law and completed his doctorate. Since the end of 2003, he has been working for the FREY RECHTSANWÄLTE law office and since then has concentrated on providing comprehensive media law advice for clients from the European and American media and internet sectors. His working languages are German, English and French.
Dr. Rudolph is lecturer for constitutional law at the University of Applied Sience Fresenius and member of the im Deutsch-Französische Juristenvereinigung, Freundeskreis der Düsseldorfer juristischen Fakultät e.V. and of kölner forum medienrecht (kfm).
Dr. Rudolph publishes regularly academic articles and gives presentations on copyright, media- and telecommunications law.
